Christmas Bonus Bakery promotion at Jackpot Capital

Jackpot Capital is Bringing Back the Christmas Bonus Bakery Promotion

Jackpot Capital Casino is in the Christmas spirit - big time!  We fervently hope that each and every one of you earns a big win in one of our great jackpot slots. On top of all of the great gaming we offer every day of the year, we are happy to invite you to join our second annual Christmas Bonus Bakery promotion which will run for the eleven days up to the wonderful Christmas holiday.

Last year, as veteran gamers here at Jackpot Capital online casino will recall, we featured a sweet and tasty gingerbread recipe as our flagship recipe for the eleven days of the promotion.  This year, on December 16, we will introduce the new Christmas Bonus Bakery promotion by rerunning the popular gingerbread cake recipe bonus offer.

We will feature many bakery items, one for each of the eleven days. One of them will be a lip smacking, mouthwatering, all time great chocolate chip cookie recipe! Chocolate chip cookies rank very high on the list of most popular and delicious baked delicacies.

Christmas Bonus Bakery

Before we lay our chocolate chip cookie recipe on you, we would like to explain a bit about the promotion itself.  Starting on December 16, you’ll get a new recipe each day for eleven days. You’ll see the tasty bakery item you will be asked to “bake” with five possible ingredients.  You're asked to choose three out of the five ingredients offered and, if you have chosen wisely and well, you'll be rewarded with a fantastic matching bonus for that day.

And you can take the bonus twice each day if you wish!  In addition to the matching bonus, you'll get Free Spins each day if you have chosen the correct three ingredients.  So, you can take the matching bonus twice each day and take free spins once a day.

Each day, the free spins will be on another one of our wildly popular winter-themed slots games.  From Naughty or Nice III, to Swindle All the Way, to Rudolph's Revenge, to Snowmania, and more.  Choose wisely when you choose the three correct ingredients from the list of five and you'll be free spinning your way to extra fun this holiday season!

Heads Up on the Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients

First of all, a chocolate chip cookie recipe will probably have more than five ingredients, especially if we want the cookies to taste good!  Ha Ha!

But here we’ll give you a sampling of the kind of ingredients you might find on our list.

Flour

This seems pretty obvious, doesn’t it?  But there is white flour, white flour with baking powder or soda already in it, whole wheat flour, whole rye flour, spelt flour and, if you are gluten-free, you might use lentil flour, chickpea flour, or even carob flour!

So, in the happy spirit of Christmas, we will use the KISS system (Keep it Simple!), so, flour it is!

Sugar

Oh my!  We have white sugar, powdered sugar, brown sugar, molasses, honey, stevia, and a lot of other non-sugar sugars.  We want your free spins to spin not your head!  So, we will stay with the KISS system and we’ll probably offer simply sugar as one of the possible ingredients.

Chocolate Chips

Oh my, revisited!  We have dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sugar-free chocolate chips.  Well, we are using the KISS system, right?  So we will suffice with just chocolate chips!

Maybe other Ingredients

Our Christmas Bonus Bakery is a promotion afterall and we want everyone to get the three correct ingredients for the chocolate chip recipe and for all of the other baked goods we will offer this year.  Still, we can’t guarantee that flour, sugar, or chocolate chips will be one of the three correct ingredients you have to find in order to qualify for the bonuses and the free spins - so read the ingredients carefully!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

You can go online and find a lot of excellent chocolate chip cookie recipes.  One thing that these recipes don’t tell you is how many cookies to make!  So, while Shakespeare advised us all “To thine own self be true” we might paraphrase his good advice for the purposes of knowing how many chocolate chip cookies to make as: “To thine own family and guest list be true”!    In other words, if your husband and brother-in-law can eat twenty-five cookies each as a snack, you might choose to make about 200 cookies!

Our recipe will be to make about 25 cookies.  We will show the multiplication for, count them, 8 recipes (in parentheses) to cover for the snackers amongst you!

  • 1 cup unsalted butter.  Make sure the butter is soft!  (8 cups!)
  • 2 cups of sugar.  You can mix white sugar and brown sugar as you like.  Brown sugar should be packed tight while white sugar should be loose.  (16 cups!)
  • 2 eggs and 2 additional egg yolks    (16 of each!)
  • Vanilla.  Some people like more and some like less so be careful with vanilla. A couple of teaspoons should be enough.
  • 3-3.25 cups of flour.  You can mix and match flours here as well.     (24-26 cups!)
  • A little bit of salt, baking powder, and baking soda.   (a little bit times 8!)
  • About one pound of chocolate chips.  Here you can mix and match as well.  (8 pounds!  YUM!)

Instructions

Mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients separately.  Then slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet.  Store in a cold environment such as the refrigerator, or on the window sill if you live in a cold climate, for two hours.

Now, here is the super-most scientific part of the recipe.  You need to take a small amount of the dough and drop it onto a cookie sheet no more nor less than 2 inches apart.  For metric, that’s .508 cm!  Use a ruler!  Make no mistakes!  You placed the drops 1.96 inches apart?  Ruination!!

Bake until the cookies are done!  Pa-ha!

Some People Add These Things to their Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Oatmeal.  Uncooked!
  • Trail mix
  • Dried fruit.  Chopped into very small pieces.
  • Chopped nuts
  • Toffee bars.  Adds chewiness.
  • Coconut.  Not entire coconuts!
  • Tiny candy sprinkles
  • Rosemary.  Yikes!
  • Orange or lemon zest.  Sounds interesting!
  • Marshmallows.  Sounds even more interesting.
  • Potato chips.  What?  Who does this?

Things to Never Put into Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Tabasco
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Bacon

We think that you can come up with a list of no-no’s a mile long!

Jackpot Capital and Christmas
