Another confession of an employee who sadly had to work on Black Friday reveals a story of a customer going “number 2” (for lack of a better expression!) in a changing room and wiping himself with a $125 Ralph Lauren shirt! But that’s not even the end of it - one would think that an incident like this happens in a moment of true crisis and that the customer really could not hold it in, right? Then there was this one “confused customer,” who - having mistaken it for the cash register - stood in front of a computer that was actually just a computer. Some 15 minutes later, the line that had started behind him consisted of over 100 people and had covered the entire department! It took an hour for someone to notice them, tell them the truth and then almost have to mitigate a riot.
